WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS: The palate echoes the bouquet with dark berry fruits and subtle smokey oak and cedar notes. A full palate with a rounded balance of ripe black fruits tannins, which are fine and long with a soft acidity. Long in flavour with a firm dry finish.
  • Deep, dark red and black to the rim. Sweet blackberry fruit with hints of aniseed, mint and herbal notes. Lifted and complex with a vibrant palate focused black fruits, mint and oak. Sweet fruit weight and dry forest floor with earthy flavours and a leafy edge in finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now and will become magnificence in the coming years.
